CREAM works with small business owners, musicians, artists, and individuals to bring their creative design vision into reality. We have 10 years of experience in the printing and apparel design industry and deliver results on point and on time. We work with our customers throughout the process from initial estimate to finished product. CREAM is proud to continue the tradition of screen printing by hand, combining the craft with our graphic style. We are located in sun-baked downtown Tucson, Arizona.

We use a variety of wholesalers and manufacturers for shirts, tote bags, can coozies, hats, and much more.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Minimums: We require a minimum of 20 shirts per design and garment style. There is a 12 piece minimum for hats.
Turn Around Time: The turn around time on your order begins when we have your 1/2 deposit down, all the information about your order: correct artwork, placement, garment style, and color, and you have signed our contract and approved the digital mock-ups. Orders are usually completed within 10 business days. If you need your order by a different date, let us know and we might be able to accommodate. Please keep in mind large and complex orders require more time.
Our rush fees are: 6 Day Turn Around: 10% of order 5 Day Turn Around: 20% of order 4 Day Turn Around: 30% of order
The Process: We send an estimate with the order breakdown and digital mock-up, upon customer approval and signing of our CREAM Contract you will be sent an invoice for your 1/2 down payment. Once we have received payment the 10 business day turn around will begin. We will e-mail you with updates on the completion date and will send your final 2/2 remaining balance invoice for payment upon order pick-up.
Payment: We require a down payment of 50% of the total and the remainder of payment upon pick up or prior to shipping (customer is charged shipping). Any payment due beyond the pick-up date incurs the following fee of 10%/day of order. We accept cash, check and Venmo. We charge an additional 3% to process credit card and PayPal payments (CREAM Design and Print account is under email@example.com) .
Resale License: If you will be purchasing and re-selling garments within the state of Arizona and will be charging sales tax, please fill out a form 5000A and e-mail it to us to waive the sales tax fee.
Returned Checks: There will be a $30.00 returned check fee.
Guidelines for Art: Art must be submitted in vector format like .AI or .SVG any other artwork must be a high resolution .PSD, .JPG, or PDF with at least a 200 DPI. We do our best to check for any errors, but once approved by you, we are not liable for any misspellings, errors, or issues from the artwork you sent us.
Approval of Art: We send a digital mock-up of the design and it must be approved by the customer before work can begin. Once the approval has occurred no changes can be made without an additional fee of $50.00.
Printing: All our printing is done by hand. Keep in mind that subtle variations of ink and placement (up to 1 inch) are part of the printing process and are not cause for a re-print.
Garments We Print On: We are not liable for any defects in garments from our manufacturer such as loose stitching, inconsistencies in color, etc. We inspect the garments coming in but cannot be held accountable for the manufacturer's quality on each shirt. We recommend ordering extras of each size if it is important to you to have an exact garment number.
Under-Runs: We strive to have 100% of your order perfect, however because we print by hand, it is possible to have an under-run up to 3% on your order. (Meaning if you order 100 shirts there might be up to 3 shirts that are not up to our standards). We will refund you the cost of any items shorted from your order but please order extra garments if you need a specific garment count.
Quality Control: We work hard to check every garment we print, but once in a while an error can occur. Once you have picked up your order you have 48 hours to contact us about any issue. If we are at fault for any misprints beyond the accepted 3% under-run we will accept responsibility and re-print the defective garments. Beyond that time we are not liable for any print errors. Please check your order when you receive it.
